Hi guys my mustang gt 2019 cylinder head temp goes up till 250f (120c) and then the car goes into limp mode (shortens the gear and shifts automatically into next gear with even full throttle around 3-4k rpm) and gives engine oil change notification just after 1000miles( 1500km) and if not change the hp reduces to around 350 until the engine oul is changed. Any solutions?
sorry for bad english

You have a cooling system problem.

Check your coolant level, if low find the leak. Make sure your Thermostat is opening. Verify that the cooling fan is working. Don't drive it until you find the issue and fix it

Ok. Does the cooling fan come on when the engine gets hot? Do you have any modifications?

There are several things that can cause overheating, and it sounds like your mechanic isn't much of a mechanic. In this image, the item circled in blue is the thermostat housing. When the engine is at operating temperature, the hoses on both sides of the housing should be hot as shit. If the lower radiator hose is cool, even when the the other hoses are hot, then the thermostat may be stuck closed.

Air trapped in the system, Low coolant, broken water pump, blown head gasket, bad thermostat are just some of the possible issues.
