Finally saw one on the road last night. Tried to snap a pic but he got his turn arrow before I could grab my phone. Had rust drips down the side of the truck. And my goodness is it UGLY. I don’t understand the fascination with it other than the Tesla fanboys/girls will worship anything produced by Musk or someone has to have the newest thing. If anyone here has one I’m sorry but it’s the ugliest vehicle I’ve ever seen.

There is one that is on my drive home every afternoon on the 57 in SoCal. As you said as I drive by it it looks like there’s dents in the side because it’s so poorly made. What a hunk of shit. And don’t think there’s any girls driving these…it is the fanny boys

I don’t even know how functional the bed of the truck is and the hood will chop your fingers off (see the Throttle House video where they test it with a carrot). And yeah, Tesla’s in general are just put together so poorly. You think Mustang’s have panel gap issues? They’re nothing compared to Tesla. My neighbor has 2, a Y and an S. The gaps are unbelievable, particularly on the Y.

Someone down the street from me owns one. It’s been a month and I’m still not numb to how hideous it is. Anytime I go for a walk I have to see that…. thing.

Dear god this picture is from April it’s been two months already. Suffer with me.

I remember watching a video of some super excited Tesla fan boy getting his model y delivered to his home and his progressive disappointment as he noticed over and over, detail after detail, how this brand new dream car was so poorly put together and broken before he could even drive it for the first time. Ultimately he ended the video in utter confusion, like how could this even happen? It was amazing.

100% agreed. Who would possibly buy such an abomination I wonder? Worse, who dreamed that thing up, went to their boss and actually got it approved? Hey boss- look at this sketch….They must’ve been tripping.

There are reports of some software glitches that basically bricks the CyberTruck and requires assistance from Tesla to unbrick it. But people are getting stranded in a $100k refrigerator for seemingly no reason other than the Matrix is glitching

The cyber truck is what happens when the boss, who has the social IQ of a trolling 12 year old, is allowed to design important company products, simply for the lols. This is what “earned” him a 56 billion dollar bonus.

Definitely it was gutsy to produce something so unusual and polarizing. I would never buy an electric because they don't put a manual transmission in them, but Tesla is doing pretty well.

Something like 50% of EVs sold are Teslas. Pretty impressive that a tiny and new company was able to do that. I love that the entrenched good old boys club gets some competition.

I agree with the prevailing opinions, I was out with the lady and saw one in cross traffic about a block away and it was indeed quite hideous.

Sorry to hear you have to see that POS every time you walk your neighborhood @MrMike. Perhaps you can rally the neighbors and make them park that thing inside so it doesn't scare the children.

My son came down here last month for a visit. One of the days we were cruising around town we saw one… a complete horror show in person, far worse than I was expecting 😂🤣. Would def go Hummer if I wanted an EV truck.
