I saw a used white tech pack with the cobra badge under the GT350 badge. I cringed...
I saw the same thing too, cringed.

Seems that people will do anything to a GT350 to make it "unique". This thread is for pics of the most cringe worthy things you've seen. Everyone has their own taste, but sometimes you have to wonder what were they thinking.

I saw this on a GT350 at a show and started looking for the turbo. When I didn't find one I was puzzled at why someone would add a "T" on there. That's ricey.

not a fan of this thread, this is a bully thread basically.
I disagree with the bullying term, which is often overused IMO. And I think most of our members are adults rather than children, so we should be able to take a little criticism. Social media provides a great venue for feedback. When people post pictures of their mods in forums or on Facebook, I think they expect good feedback and when they don't get it some are hurt or offended. I say get over yourself, take the feedback and accept it or not, or don't post pictures. Anyway, we have all seen some god awful things people have done to their cars, so I think this thread is kind of fun tongue-in-cheek poke at ourselves really.
Here is an example a friend of mine did to his new 350 - I love the Shelby letters, not the old school gas cap so much. To each their own.

I am conflicted on these posts. Particularly when someone says "Hey, I just did XYX to my car, what do ya'll think?" In essence, all that person really wants is validation, they don't want negative comments....who would? Therein lies the reverse argument that if you don't want negative comments, don't post in a public forum. If you don't care for a given mod, probably better not to comment but saying you don't like a particular mod is not being a "bully"......

Pffft who needs a reverse light. Wonder what a cop would say when he gets rear ended reversing out of a spot and the person who hits them claims they never saw a reverse light.
I know a friend of a friend who got hit in the rear and the cop wrote him up for tinted tails. His insurance refused to pay as his car was not "road legal". If his tails were not tinted, the woman who hit him would be 100% at fault. As it turned out he was 100% at fault and was fighting with his insurance company the last I heard. I'd avoid any mod that changes exterior lighting. Not worth the risk IMHO.

I think it's how it's said too. If I don't like something I might say that it was creative but not to my taste, rather than making it personnel it berating the person.

some of the mods I've seen owners post on this site put these to shame. Don't really wanna hurt anyone's feelings so I'll refrain from posting. But the old rule applies... just because you can, doesn't mean you should!
