I sound metered my 'Yote with a Maggy Comp system with factory headers and cats...81 dB at max. HOW YOU MANAGED TO DO DAT!? I mean come on, who in their right nut case mind thought "Yes, this is a GREAT idea cruising around. I love having my eardrums being crushed by a dying cow."

The drone is present only when the butterflies are open and at low rpm's.

Im guessing you meant 81db cruising? I had the comp system on my coyote, I had it on there for 100-200 miles max and took it off, had a headache the first time I drove it on the highway

You know, the more I listen to the Corsa gt350 clip the more I like it. It's still a little short of the tone I was expecting but not sure what device it was recorded either. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed in hopes that they will throw some more vids out there and it's only going to get better!!

I think I'd need to hear another video or two as well. I know the xtremes had a little exoticness to it on my GT vert, and it's hard to tell if that's the case on the GT350 or not in the video. Sounds good but if I got it I'd have to pair it up with some headers to get that exotic sound I was used to, lol.

Based purely on the video I think it would be more unique if it was higher pitched. Similar to the sound of when Kooks headers are paired to the factory exhaust. I know it is just a cat back and therefore the tuning may be limited.

Other companies (Borla, Magnaflow) offer low pitch systems that IMO are too close to the factory sound to justify the $$$ (Ford did a good job with the factory system). I would pony up the dough for something more exotic sounding (higher pitched wail) and the benefit is I wouldn't have to switch to headers/tune and void my warranty.

Hey fellas, that's my car! Corsa has had it for a little over a month now and from what I'm being told the system is close to completion. They are tweaking a few things to lessen the drone in the cabin. I do know that as far as I've been told that the system will retain the dual-mode functionality! The teaser was filmed with a cell phone so it definitely doesn't do the sound justice. As soon as I know more or get anymore videos I'm allowed to release I'll be sure to let you guys know!

I spent some time with the Corsa guys at SEMA talking about their plans. They are shooting for a 1st quarter 2017 launch of a non-valved option followed with a valved version later in 2017.

I'll most likely be buying one the first ones and making a boatload of videos.
