  1. GT350 dyno in Atlanta...looking to partner on a comparison of stock vs bolt on

The better way to do it is to go have a baseline done on your car, then go back after your modifications to measure the delta. Mine ARH Full Exhaust/Headers, Intake, and Lund Tune. I'm not sure what you plan to do without a tune. You can't do headers or an intake.
  2. Another M3 to GT350 Story

    Awesome man! Congrats!
  3. Money2536's '17 Magnetic Metallic GT350 Journal

Follow-Up to the AMMO Paint Regimen System I've had the car for 6 months now. Prior to taking the GT350 to the mountains, I decided to give the car a quick additional layer of protection. These are the AMMO Products I use: Reflex (Coating): I put two layers as the base. I don't use it on...
  4. Money2536's '17 Magnetic Metallic GT350 Journal

The only suspension option we have right now is the Ford Performance springs that are trickling in. I'm waiting for the Eibach option that will be a tad lower and offer sway bars.
  5. Back-to-Back Driving Comparison of E92 M3 and GT350

I'm a bit of an M car fanboy that currently doesn't own an M car. I sold my F80 M3 in favor my GT350 and haven't regretted that decision for a millisecond. I hosted a gathering of like minded people in the Carolina/Tennessee Mountains this past weekend. My friend Brandon had his E92 M3, so I...
  6. Anyone use the AMMONYC cleaning kits?

Larry is a great guy and has legitimate chemist chops. When I learned he spent years of his life mixing and packaging products I decided to give the products a whirl. It doesn't hurt that his wife is a PhD in Chemistry to bounce ideas off. They harken back to old school chemistry principals...
  7. Ford Performance GT350 Lowering Springs Group Buy

Shoot, I missed this thread. Count me in.
  8. Money2536's '17 Magnetic Metallic GT350 Journal

Intake, Long-Tube Headers, Exhaust, & Tune Case Study I've done a bunch of these types write ups on my previous cars, so I figured why would it be any different for this one. In the past, I'd done mostly photo journals, but this one has been all video. I started journaling/documenting the...
  9. Money2536's '17 Magnetic Metallic GT350 Journal

I've been slacking on my Journal lately. I finally got the exhaust all dialed in. [ame] [ame]
  10. Money2536's Intake, Long-Tube Headers, Exhaust, & Tune Case Study

    I think I shot these with my 80D and 17-55mm f2.8 EFS lens. I normally use 5DMKIII and 24-70 f2.8L II.
  11. CCB Front Rotors, Talk Me Out of It

I was under the impression that a CCB rotor would require a different pad material. My GT3 and M3 had virtually no dust. There is a metallic build up that tends to collect around the dust plate and clips on the caliper that tend to squeak when built up. A simple spray with the hose tends to...
  12. Money2536's Intake, Long-Tube Headers, Exhaust, & Tune Case Study

I've done a bunch of these types write ups on my previous cars, so I figured why would it be any different for this one. In the past, I'd done mostly photo journals, but this one has been all video. I started journaling/documenting the process of modifying/playing with my cars as a form of...
  13. CCB Front Rotors, Talk Me Out of It

I decided several years ago, I wasn't going to be afraid of the "forum bully." I'm just going to post what I think is interesting and deal with the eventual neigh saying. My hunch was largely right in that there are always others that may have a similar question. What else would you buy CCBs...
  14. CCB Front Rotors, Talk Me Out of It

Considering Porsche Carbon Ceramics are $4,400 each, I didn't think was was too bad.
  15. CCB Front Rotors, Talk Me Out of It

I think I'm going to do something really irresponsible. Carbon Ceramics are one of my favorite things on a car. My GT3 has them. My F80 M3 had them, and I certainly would have ticked the box if the GT350 had the option. Call me a poser if you want, but the cleanliness of them is the big...
  16. CQuartz today..1 or 2 coats?

Cleaning is not any different with a coating, dirt is dirt. It just protects the paint.
  17. CQuartz today..1 or 2 coats?

2 coats works, but certainly isn't necessary. Others were right suggesting even coverage. I would have let it cure over night before adding another layer. Now that you have Cquartz on the car you'll want to get these to support it: Reload: to top it once ever 6 months or so...
  18. ESE Carbon Rims Ordered!!!

    Are they about $15,000?
