yeah, you'll need a permanent or semi-permanent four-point cage at the least. making it look attractive won't be cheap nor will it be easy. it's been done,.but I've never seen it done in a manner that made me go "oh yeah, I gotta do that.

Yeah same here. I haven't found any rollover protection that looks good just yet. I thought those CDC bars provided some too but that's not the case.

Well if I can't xcross or trackday a vert there isn't much need for upgraded suspension. That saves me some dollars.

Danielle and Wesley, I feel for ya, but if its any consolation I was where you are 20 years ago but worse. I lived in and around Chicago. Where the snow was deep and the temperatures deeper. Just remember Tough Times Don't last Tough People Do.

I can't believe you guys park your verts outside! I did that years ago with my first one. After paying for a new top it is garage only. But, it was the sun that rotted the top. Doesn't look like you have that problem.

It's a no-brainer in SoCal. But where you live...gotta be a true believer !

old house had a garage. moved to so cal where it was apartment living. moved back to DC. renting a house, no garage. buying a home within the next two years. requirement is a garage big enough for me to put in a lift. :-D just gotta wait for that pay off for being patient.
