I’ve pulled the trigger on a gen 3 stage 2. Don’t see too many install videos let alone gen 3. I get that gen 2 to gen 3 install won’t be much different.
Can you guys point me to a good informative video for a DIY install?
I wish there was a sticky on this...
Thanks

Install for the Gen 2/3 units is very simple. I took a peak at the instructions for the Gen 5 and it doesn’t look any harder. If anything, the instructions seem more complete/easier to follow.

I took the time to pre-assemble as much as I could before starting. Partly to confirm that the parts were all there but also for familiarity. Saves time on the day too, not fishing for bolts and parts etc.
I installed the heat exchanger and fuel pump weeks before attempting the rest of the kit.
Remember to check the voltages on the TB. Don’t get caught out on that one.
Best of luck with it.

Do they give you instructions on checking that? That has something to do with TB lag?

They do, but not in the actual instructions for the kit.
Go to the Whipple website, go to the attachments for the 132 TB and you’ll find the instructions.
Whipple seem to be only fussed with the value at the fully closed position.
Mine was very laggy on Lund tune until I got the TB sorted for ALL values.
YMMV.
