Cold Start with Catless Headers is CCCRAZY!!

A little shocked at the cold start, haha. This thing will wake the dead!! Oh well, lucky I live on 7 acres and dont have to worry about neighbors!!

I heard a GT drive by on the highway with what must have been catless headers and maybe no mufflers, he gave it some throttle next to me and damn, that thing was so loud , my ears hurt a bit for a while. Probably could hear it from miles away id suspect.

I hear ya but Im 49 going on 18yrs old! If it does end up bothering me, Ill have to make some modifications maybe add in a resonator or somethin. I really was hoping it wouldnt be too bad with the stock mufflers but they arent doing anything to muffle the sound!!

I have found ff cold starts are less brutal than regular fuel. So benefit of greater performance and a tad less deadly cold start.

Cold starts are not brutal once you get a tune. Lund turned off the cold start on my tune without me even asking. My neighbors are probably happier. I start my car with the garage closed and about 5 seconds later, it's good to go and no one gets mad.

my cold start is pretty loud. I have cat deletes with stock resonator and mufflers (active) and even quiet mode does nothing lol

I have roush x pipe and and axle backs, I set off car alarms cruising down my street, could not imagine the anger or the loudness of adding catless headers

Funny, I uploaded a new tune revision from Lund today and cold start was much better! Still NASTY of course! but not as bad as before!
