Who will be the first to remove them from a 2019+?
Lol I've been thinking about it, that's how I landed here. I'm not a fan at the moment on my new 19. Bit much for me. What does the prior years have, any shape/design?

They may not be your cup of tea, I know it is not mine, but think about the other integrated systems that the 2019 mirrors do have: you guys have lane detect, which is why the 2019 cars do not have the blind spot mirror that has been in mustangs since 2012. If you replace the mirror, you will lose that as well.

Instead of replace, just pull the light or paint over the lens to stop the projection.

Yea I figured there's probably just a filter that pops out to create the shape.. the mirror can stay!

I ordered the passenger side from the dealer and it will be here tomorrow.

Passenger side is $20 and driver $79. Crazy.

Looks like you need to have the harness or run positive and negative wires to power source and I know exactly where to get it from.

Also, you need to cut out the bottom of the mirror. It does have a outline for the cutout so that makes it easy.

Ok we don't not have the harness. So running wires is required.

Here are the pictures. You can see the outline on the bottom of the mirror so you can cut it out. I will be using a sharp blade to cut it out.

You have to pop the outside (gloss piece off) by pulling it out slowly and gently.

The inner piece you have to unscrew 2 T10 torx by pulling the mirror completely to the side . Dont try to pop the mirror off or else you will break it.

Well boys, Ford part system is fucked up like usual. I test the light out before installing it and it was a damn pony.

I gave them exact VIN number from a 19 Shelby on the lot and this is what they come up with.

No way to find the part unless someone pops the gt350 light out and gives me the part number.

I just bought the gt350 airbag and was thinking about the pony puddle lamps. Need the exact part numbers here too and with PP cars it should be plug and play.
