Looking to get a little better clutch while not breaking the bank. Found one for 15-17 Mustang wondering if anyone knows if there’s any guarantee it’ll fit a 19. Assuming it’s fine since same trans.

Wasn't the MT82 updated in 18? I'm not sure its "the same"

I think the 18 and up uses a twin disc clutch set up. I upgraded to Exedy ET05SRFD - 2011-17 Mustang 5.0L Organic 23 Teeth 8 Bolt Twin Disc Clutch came with the flywheel. Give Exedy a call see what they say. Side note: many after market performance clutch's use Exedy pressure plates.

Did you use 18+ flywheel bolts, as the 15-17 are shorter. I found this out by ordering ARP bolts for my 19 twin disc and once I for them in hand, immediately noticed they were 3/4” too short.

I ordered the Ford performance flywheel bolts. My car is a 2015 GT and I wanted the Twin disc set up. Couldn't be happier.

What's wrong with the stock clutch?

Also, 18+ cars have a twin-disc clutch. Totally different from 15-17.
