Clutch replacement suggestions

I have to do a crank relearn every single time I put a custom tune on, or when going back to the stock tune. P0315 code? If the car is warmed up it won't take long at all. If you don't let it get to temp the process may fail and you will have to do it again. You can probably borrow a tuner from a friend to fix it. I use my SCT X4. I had a shop do it the first time that code popped up, and they were nice enough to do it, no charge.

This is what I got when I plugged the procal3 tool that came with my Stage 2 kit.

I realized that I was messing with the throttle while I was running the KOER test and redid it. The mass airflow and throttle codes went away but I got the brake and a clutch pedal switch error message

running the KOEO test gave me the brake switch out of self test range
