Clutch pedal vibration

Since we're on the topic of clutch issues,

I don't have this vibration problem but when I shift to 3rd gear sometimes it doesn't go in, just pops back. Like I have to try again and it goes in gear. All other gears work just fine. Any thoughts anyone?

I once read people talking about this issue. Whether going from 2nd to 3rd, or going from 5th down to 4th. It's more driver error, because they are not ligning up the shifter in the middle slots to go into 3rd or back down to 4th. So they're hitting the edge of the slot, instead of going up or down into it. This is what getting the MGW shifter helps eliminate I read.
