Looks like a typical law firm fishing for a class action. Lets hope they fail, its these type of suits that will stop the manufacturers from continuing to innovate. From everything I have seen online any unmodified engine failure has been covered by Ford even seen some modified engines replaced.

Was there oil starvation issues? I know there were oil consumption issues but I dont remember seeing a lot of starvation or OPG issues.
