Seems to be Pre '17 model years.

IMO this is a dumb lawsuit. The fact it's class action is even more scummy, since I don't see how more than a handful of people could have been "wronged" or mislead by this. The base and tech pack cars were meant for people who just wanted an awesome street car. It's not like they can't do track use at all, they just overheat like a normal Mustang does after enough laps. Big deal. Some simple research before purchasing on what each package included would have prevented this catastrophic suffering.
