14 screws. 8 in front, 4 of which are angled at 45 degrees. Six in back with the torx head. 14 just for the center piece. 3 more for each side, plus clips and push pins.If the splitter is not clipped in properly, then the rework is much easier. Just remove the 12 screws that hold it on, the splitter should almost fall off. Reinstall with the top angled upward so the clips catch the pockets. snap it in and install the screws . . . . should take about 5 minutes, once you get the car up where you can work on it.
