Hi guys!

I just started getting into some chassis upgrades.
Currently have the Steeda IRS braces installed, along with RE-71R's, and wanna improve the handling further.

I have an autocross event coming up on June 21st.

Wanna keep the car streetable, but also able to put down some times on track.
What mods would you recommend? Preferably Steeda, since they ship pretty quickly.

Cheers!

Easy mode would be to give Steed a call and see what they recommend for your goal. Other wise a stop the hop kit and 2 or 4pt brace would be good start, then swaybars.

Not sure if you're looking for ONLY chassis mods or anything in general to improve handling.

If it's the latter:
Springs
Shocks
Rear shock mounts
Sway bars
Camber plates (the S550 loves camber)
RLCA bearings
Poly vertical links
Steeda bumpsteer kit (tire rod ends and lateral links with bearings)
Rear toe knuckle bearings
Solid bushings on all the IRS connection points (this will make it rough and noisy on the street though)

There are numerous threads here about which brands too choose for all these but that comes down to preference.

completely unnecessary IMO. Use the Whiteline IRS bushings which are darn near silent but are a chore to install. The 'insert' system that you can get from BMR/Steeda and also Whiteline are much easier to do. You'll need to at least shim the diff bolts. Or just replace with the 'high strength bolt kit' which includes the shims. Diff lockouts again I like the Whiteline solution over the others.
