You didn’t specify + or - .3mm
For reference in the machining world a size on size bore and shaft will not slide together. Opening the bore or reducing the shaft size .0005” and things start to mate up, going to .001”-.0015” and you’ll hand fit the shaft into the bore if both objects are at the same temperature.
The typical tolerance on a hub bore is about +/- 0.05mm. 0.3mm is like your basic filament fishing line and is a big difference in the machining world. It wont fit, at least not by hand and without causing damage.
If it's smaller, you'll either have to look for different wheels with a compatible center bore, or you will need to find a machinist that is willing to bore the center out to the Ford specs. If it's larger, you'll need a centering ring.
Note that the hub bore is how the wheel is centered on the vehicle, not the lugs (even though they look like they should), so the fit must be exact. If the hub bore doesn't fit exactly, you will likely encounter vibration issues.
