Carbon Dynamics page...I started contacting them there originally after they surpassed the first "promised by date" I figured if I had communication in black and white and never received the wheel. I could challenge it easily with my CC company...

I messaged CD and Sam's page but they never respond to me. I don't even bug them either. I had a feeling this was gonna happen...ordered mine March 25th. See what happens I guess...

Just sent an email, my order date was April 8 and they had my wheel in hand a few days later since I shipped it out via USPS Priority.

Already got a response to my email, hopefully will get tracking info soon.

Yeeaaaaaaa.....Find it odd that they don't know who ordered what lol.
I thought it was kinda strange that the "thank you for your order" email had no order number or invoice or receipt of any kind on it. If all they are going buy is a peace of paper stuck inside the shipping box then I can totally see them loosing track of some of the wheels :headbonk:

when i asked if they got my wheel the day it delivered the guy answering emails told me to go on the website to order...and i was using the same email chain from their "Thank you for your order" message...lol

Samuel seems like an ok guy from all the messaging we did. His lack of communication is what kills me.

I was seriously considering buying a wheel conversion from this company but honestly their communication is atrocious and seeing now that they can't even keep track of who ordered what, they've lost any business they could've had with me.

It's a shame too, they offered some products that have been asked for...but in the end, customer service is what gets you paid.
