And then another week will probably go by and they'll make some other excuse. File with the BBB and if they don't make it right go through what you said and get your money back. Only problem is they'll keep your donor wheel and make a larger profit selling to someone else.

For real...how often does anyone check BBB before buying something? There are so many of these small auto performance shops that even if they lost business due to word-of-mouth they'd just change their name.

I suppose I am naive. I am quickly learning that quite a few vendors on this site are shady. I've placed orders from three places, one is a month overdue, the other was wrong fitment (still waiting on a replacement, almost 3 months later). One arrived and was in proper working order. It almost seems like it'd be easier to be less sketchy, but what do I know?

I will give them to the end of Monday business to give me a tracking number or im filing a complaint with pay pal and a claim. ill be looking for a another core wheel, most likely i wont get mine back from CD. ill send it to DCT. i dont care it will be more expensive.

Just file the claim now.

You essentially gave them an interest free loan.

I went with black leather top and bottom with red alcantara/suede on the sides, red stitching on the black parts, black stitching on the red, and a red centering stripe. Total was $629 shipped plus a core.

Their all-leather wheels start at $499 and price goes up from there when you start changing things.

I tried to speak with DCT through FB a few months back when I had my wheel at CD (was gonna cancel with CD and place an order with DCT if they had replied to my messages, they are only 3 hours away too), I asked about their wheel and what not...it has been like 3-4 months now and I still haven't heard anything back from them lol.

Odd...I messaged them on Facebook and they replied back about 15 minutes later. Then I email them and got the same. I think the longest reply I had to wait for was one day.
