Wasn't to hard. The ends were the hardest to get straight. The right side is off a little but that tape is on now. Lol

It's mounted with 3m tape. I covered my existing mounting points with aluminum tape. After mounting I pulled on it and it's not going anywhere.

I bought it unpainted and had a local paint shop paint it for me that I've used before. He charged me $230 × tax that included having the winglets painted in gloss black.

That did the trick! You were right, disconnecting the battery didn't work. I did what you said started the car and then pulled the #32 fuse. Then I shut the car off for a few minutes and restarted the car then put the fuse back it. Now it's working again. The SYNC must hold a charge because...

I had disconnected the battery the other day and that didn't work. That would be just like pulling the fuse I would think.
