what's with the mini front plate?

It’s a custom JJZ109 mini license plate. Had it made from a company in Oregon.

the wheels were blacked out at the dealer. It was done by the previous owner.

I assume that is the OEM small spoiler bolted to it? Or is it just double sided Tape? Great looking Bullitt.

I replaced that chin spoiler extension last week. The old one got ripped apart at Starbucks.
