Hmmmm
Ok my was resolved due to believe it or not, not enough back pressure screwing up lot of things up.

ok try this…..
Engine off. Disconnect both IMRC runners and take it for a drive. You will get error codes but you just need to check for misfires.

engine off. Disconnect purge valve, again you will get error codes but your looking for counted misfires

see if you notice less misfires.
These two parts alone can give you misfire problems because of it adjusting the AF ratios.

Also two other things…..

my tuner advised me to stay away from Shell V power. Something about the additives on this engine.

Also when you’ve done a crank relearn drive a few 100 miles between drive cycles without the Rev match feature.
( something that I heard ).

Yeh ,mine is a little more complicated because it’s a euro car. I have GPF filters after the cats. Was causing strange readings with the O2 sensors and the GPF wasn’t getting hot enough to regenerate.

finally got my car fixed. This is exactly what the repair invoice says "Vehicle still registering misfires, Cyl 4 is the worst. Verified customer concern and found vehicle would still register misfires in mode 6. Ran self test and found p0300 and p0316. Removed timing cover and found crank gear broken, crank and crank key have damaged each other as well. Found new crank gear would not go on crank. Set pic and results to Ford. Replaced long block per ford. ..." So I guess the cam gear broke, starting wiggling around and basically wore the crankshaft keyway out to where it was unable to accept a new key and gear. The timing had to of been off just enough that the car's variable valve timing could compensate for the "wiggling" but not enough at a very specific engine rpm/load. Can't believe this happened and thank goodness I got the extended warranty.
