Where is it? What screw is it?

You may need to use a drill and screw extractor. Something similar to this. Some sets have matching drill bits.

It's from where you mount the maf on a jlt intake. I think I need something smaller like what they use for computer and phone screws

Does it protrude on the inside? If so get some pliers on it and turn it.

otherwise, if you have a dremmel, and a thin enough cutting wheel, you can cut a slot and turn it with a flathead.

or go buy screw extractors. I have a feeling you might need them again sometime. ;)

Center punch the hell out out of it and use a left handed drill bit. It will probably unscrew itself quickly like that.

Speed-Out, sold at HD and elsewhere, double-ended a set of (4?) in a black plastic case, I removed a tiny antenna screw ( broken threaded end ) successfully, may be worth a look.

I had a broken oil pan bolt on an F350. Someome tried to use an Extractor bit and it was broken off in the bolt. I used this diamond bit to completely "core" out the bolt and broken bit and retapped the hole one size larger. Worked out well.

A nut and tack weld it to the screw, then wrench on nut, turn.
A few quick tack's and a water soaked rag to cool it, will do it. and not melt the plastic. just make sure the nut hole is smaller than the threaded incert in the plastic so you are tacking to the screw/bolt, not the incert
