Hey fellas. Continuing my sorta newbie questions into the boosted coyote world .
So gathering parts and almost there -

Procharger -p1x
And otherwise stock motor with a Borla catback

which setup should I run? Ordering something asap, so help me spend monies..;)

valve cover breathers?
Or
Catch can setup?
Both sides necessary?

I simply run breathers in my setup.

They are disposable for most part. Most auto parts stores carry them. I am running k&n right now.

What kind of power is your car making? Best 1/4 mile ET and mph?
-I have no idea. I don't track the car. I am running a 4" pulley on a D1x, seeing about 17-18lbs of boost which is a arbitrary number anyway. If I were to guess, I bet I am 850hp+ mark.

I see you run a MT 305/35/19 tire out back. Roll racer? If so, that should be more than enough to spank a few bOOties out there on the Proving Grounds.

Ha. Yes, I had to change to a MT out back as the stock tires were spinning at 70 mph and I wasn't finding that enjoyable :). I like to have fun, certainly don't need to kill somebody or myself. Overall, the car is a very fun street car; however, if I was serious about going to the track I would have picked up an automatic.

Any input on these specific procharger setups?

Some of these setups make me wonder,, just don’t know if I truly like the idea of oil having a chance of slowly getting by seals or whatever and back into the system..

The breathers or a line from each VC to a CC of some sort,
Then vented or not?

Nice.
Ok
And some socks/booties huh.
I love the vent setup as there is no chance of oil flowing into your intake charge. Not that it has happened to me yet, but when the breathers get a bit saturated, simply replace them. Easy.
