Ran to the coin operated car wash for a quick wash and got 2 compliments in a matter of just a few minutes. First guy gave me a thumbs up after I started the car, and the second guy was to my right as he was about to get on the entrance to the interstate. Also had a bunch of people standing outside of IHOP that eye f'd my car while I waited for a slowpoke to back into her parking spot.

I was hauling ass since I was a little late today, so I'm sure the corsa xtremes caused a lot of attention.

Went parked in IHOP parking lot after circling the lot looking for a parking spot. As soon as I approached the door, a couple of guys came and started complimenting the car. Talked with them for a good 15 minutes.

Thought it was really cool how one of their sons who looked maybe 11 yrs old asked about my tires. He's like "how much horsepower do you have? what tires/wheels do you have?" After I told him, he's like "oh yeah you're spinning all over the place then" lol

Coming back from the In-laws on Long Island, and the Expressway was amazing! Just cars, no trucks and really not much traffic. This guy in a C class coupe pulls next to us and is checking out the car big time. I look over and he gives me a thumbs up and he pretty much stays with me for a few miles before I turned off at the exit . Funny that his car costs almost $50k I think and he's staring at mine which costs less than half. Merry Christmas to me lol

Over the past year I've had the car it's still hard to stop and fill up without someone wanting to talk to me about the car.

But most recently, I went to the Mall of Georgia on the 23rd to finish Christmas shopping and watch SW. Rather than parking in the back of the lot around a bunch of random people, I decided to valet it so it could go in the valet section. There were three guys in their 20s at the valet booth. I'm sure they get some decent cars through there but the look on their face when I pulled up was priceless. They seemed to be in conflict of who was going to drive it. For $8 plus a tip it was defiantly worth it. I may valet it every time I go now just for peace of mind.

Wow!! I'd rather take a scratch of door ding than have a valet guy abuse my car. I used to valet when I was 17 and it was my first car. Long story short, I went sideways with a Porsche 911 once and thought game over. Be careful with valet attendants.

Id rather not take a scratch on my door and have a guy valet my car 20 feet to a private lot. More props to him if he could abuse it in the short distance he had to go. I'm a pretty care free person anyway as long as the car is intact and still shiny. I got it back from Ford once after some suspension work and it had higher lateral Gs than I had recorded previously. I wasn't mad but impressed to see someone beat me record. The car is meant to be driven like its stolen anyway!

I got a compliment on my car from a guy inside the store because I was wearing a 50yr Mustang jacket. Not everyday I get a compliment sight unseen!! :ford:
