Brand new cluster

So I bought a brand new cluster for cheap for a 2019 to put in my 2016 I’m wondering if the programming is the same as if I had got a used cluster instead just wanting to make sure before I actually go ahead and put it in

Digital speedometer, higher redline on tach, and any other number of things.

OP yes it will plug in and work. You will need forscan to get your high beam indicator working. You may get a warning at startup for some minor things like missing parking assist until you program it with your as built data from Ford. Forscan will do this. Forscan will also let you set the mileage.

Mine is busted

Can you elaborate more on the busted part? I've not heard of many (if any) S550 analog clusters breaking.
