How much boost is too much on 93 gas. Is 13lbs to much on a 15 block with oil pump and crank sprocket gears

I'd say that's a bit much. Swap to bigger pulley. What power level are you targeting? As you know, boost is an arbitrary number.

I run 12-13psi on 93. Lately I've been adding a bottle of Lucas Oil octane booster at each fill up to be on the safe side in case I get a tank of bad gas. Car runs strong without any knock.

Who tuned it?
Stock whipple tune, used flare to turn off all the safety features such as overload limiting etc, then used HP tuners to turn knock monitoring from global to per cylinder.

Depends on your 93 quality and your timing. You can easily run alot of boost with 93 if you retard the timing a ton.

12psi @ 18 deg timing was the most I could get out of the very best 93. Between 15-17 degrees was more common.

You can run 13, probably even 14 or 15 psi, but you'll be giving up the power by reducing timing anyway, which has it's own disadvantages. You want a balance between the two. Run what your tuner recommends judging by your logs.
