I'm not even "wind up " anymore. It is what it is. Going step by step and see what FORD is saying from now on.

Did they repaint fender or trunk or door bolts/nuts after they align (or attempted to align) body panels?

No they did not. I did not expect that they would do it. My dealer is expecting that I switch the car anyway.

How many miles did you put on a car so far?

Less than 3,000 miles. (4,500 km on the car in the moment)
BTW. Checking out the bolts, I tried to adjust the front of the hood with turning the rubber bumper to lower the front left side of the hood - now it isn't fitting anymore with the front of the fender. Had to re-do it again and the edge of the hood is back to 3 mm /10th of an inch higher then the front again. Makes me nuts!

Got my Pony back today!!! and couldn't be happier. She looks fantastic. they were able to fix it, took care of the two pin holes in the paint, and even gave her a good clean inside and out. I was very impressed. Needless to say, i have had the sales and the after sales support experience and now have enough information to be posting reviews now (they will all be good).:ford:

Still looks like your car got a hit. FORD told me today that a Field Technician will take a look at my car but they don't know when.

Wow... I just got done reading this thread. I am in the market for a new GT, and well.. this has me worried, and considering holding off until the 2016s to see if they have some production line issues worked out. This is 100% unacceptable on Ford's part.

She looks great  :)
It's a nice feeling to work with someone you can trust on one of your most important possessions. Very cool of you to write positive reviews...people are more apt to write negative ones.

Sorry! I market your post where I have a problem to understand people, accepting a very poor made car what cost - in my case $45,000 - and if it would be a Mustang GT - passing $50,000 if it is fully loaded.

There is no point in your comment, to look into my or any others updates, that we have the intention to post negative. I am pointing out where FORD failed to deliver a car what every buyer should expect in the 1st place and this is a car without any issues.

If we are looking objective into the 1st cars delivered:
Ford failed:
  • to assemble the cars properly
  • Ford QC failed completely
  • dealers did not make a P re D elivery I nspection - like they should have

My car was taken in parts, windows cut out (without asking me for permission). And we are still talking about a brand new car here. Not a restoration project!

Skiski329's car shouldn't be delivered like this the first place. AGAIN - No QC and NO PDI. The assembly line didn't pay attention too.

I talked to Ford Canada - my CSM Cindy - and we do not have a lemon law at all in Canada. I can only hope that FORD Canada is coming up with something to reimburse me for my troubles or give me a different car (what I don't believe they do).
Again. If some members here think that we only post "negative" about the 6 generation MUSTANG - sorry! That's are facts. And I think, people who like to buy a new 2015 Mustang, should exactly know what they are getting into and be very, very careful at delivery day.

My dealer put many many hours into my brand new car and can't fix it at all. It is NOT his fault that the car came like this from the factory. Again. My dealer has to work together with the CSM and can't do nothing on his own but agrees that the car is crooked.

I will actually see if some car magazines have information about this issues already. FORD has to do something to fix this cars and I do not like to drive around for month with a free loaner when my car gets maybe cut in pieces and gets reassembled at the body shop.

If this sounds negative again - sorry that's how my Mustang looks like and that's how FORD delivered it. :amen:

*see attached pictures in all this posts and you know where to look on delivery day

Others on the forum feel for you. No one wants to go through the crap you seem to be wading through. But it doesn't do your case any favors in other's minds when you jump down the throat of Klumpikat for congratulating and thanking someone else who got their issues resolved and were able to have a good attitude about it all.

I am not going on any throat. Period!

Maybe my posts do not come "easy" and some think they are negative. I can't help it. I am posting what FORD delivered and what they delivered is very poor craftsman ship. My dealer did everything he can do - and more so far. I am not blaming my dealer at all. I am not blaming the people who worked in the body shop on my car and said right away that they can't fix what FORD in the factory put crooked together.

I am posting pictures showing how crooked the car is. If this is taken as "posting always negative" - I can't help it. I am sure honest reports of the poor quality FORD is delivering on some cars will not help "fan boys" to think of me like "the negative" jerk.
I personally would rather drive around and enjoy a beautiful new Mustang I did order - instead seeing it taken in parts and windows cut out only to get it later back with the answer: Sorry! Your car can't be fixed!

My car is in the rear left side to low and the front left to high. I don't even know how to describe how "twisted" it is. The whole left side is fxxxxx up! (Sorry!) People I know look at it and ask every time if it had an accident. Makes me nuts! I can't tell people to buy a Mustang in the moment because I lost trust in FORD and the Flat Rock QC! If this is the best what Ford can offer from Flat Rock/MI, I am not wondering why so many buy Asian cars in the USA.

Curious if you've been to your local dealer(s) to check out the new batch of Mustangs coming in? I have and I can definitely state with utmost certainty that Flat Rock QC is indeed up to snuff.

Also kind of curious, did the body shop replace your rear quarter panel (from your hit & run accident) or did it just get repaired?
