Got the call from the dealership, Once again, Gossamer is ready for pickup. They were going to clean and detail her and give me a call, should be any minute now.

I will bring my fine toothed comb to go over her before I leave.

Wish me luck, this is the third delivery!

My issues were as follows;

1. Scratch on glove box door (Replaced)
2. Rattle inside over R/R Wheel (They think they got it)
3. Drivers vent loose (Replaced)
4. Multitude of body panel misalignment issues. (All repaired)
5. Convertible top crooked after repair (They worked with engineering and feel its permanently fixed).

They even found the lost key fob from delivery, I now have three keys.

Nice to see that you are happy now. I am looking forward to the 1st of April that everything gets fixed on our Mustang. Ford is responding very well so far. My dealer acknowledged all issues and my insurance is paying for the "Hit and Run". Would be nice to drive a good looking car again.

That was definitely the right course of action for your instance. From what I've seen of your Mustang, there was too much poor quality to actually have a chance at fixing it right. I hate to say it, but your Mustang looked like it was the "practice" production car.

Saying that, it looks like the owners who are now receiving their cars after the infamous "hold" are finding their Mustangs to have much better quality. Hopefully you won't leave the Mustang family forever.

I wish I could change my local dealer, too. I checked their reviews on yelp and it's all 1 stars. I make the hour drive every time just to avoid these guys.

Do you think so? I hope that is the case, but from my understanding those cars were not held to fix alignment issues. I know that's not what your sayings, but in the context of this thread it seems that way.

Got my car back, door is aligned perfectly, trunk is good, and the rear bumper alignment is much better . Not perfect but much better. Overall pretty happy and my rental was covered under ESP.
