Ok I picked up my 2015 5.0 premium with the pp so excited drove her home after looking over my new beauty found that pretty much every thing on the driverside is out of alignment driver door is like suck in from the rear quarter truck sucks out past the left tail light driver fender lower than hood front and rear bumbers sticking out from the front fender and rear quarter
Congratulations on picking up your Pony, Yamaha811! :)

Have you heard back from your dealer yet? Please send me a PM with your VIN, current mileage, full name, best contact number, and servicing dealer; I'll see how I can best assist.

I have some of the same issues...nothing as bad as the pic but...nothing is really perfect either. The worst part for me is the front clip on the drivers side where it meets the fender over the wheel well. They are not lined up so there is not a smooth line all over the top of the tire. Also my driver door is sunk in just a little on the door handle end when shut. Kinda erks me but.....I dont know. I am not a car show guy...I struggle with it but lean towards letting that go...is it really that big a deal? For me..I dont know. I love the car so much I think I am just going to look past it. Now, if my trunk was THAT unaligned, I would not be able to handle that I dont think.
I'm happy to see the Mustang has your heart.

Let me know if you decide to go to the dealer, Tele5.0; I'll need the same info as requested above.

Make sure you PM Rachel (user name FordService) on here. I think she'll need your VIN and dealer details :)

Regarding the trunk pic...

I have the same issue on my car. It isn't the trunk that is crooked, it's the driver's side tail light. The tail light installation will have to be adjusted.

YMMV, but that's what it was on my car.

Trunk lid alignment

So I took delivery on Thursday, and told the sales manager that the Trunk Lid needed to be properly aligned, he took me out to the service bay and made me an appointment for this morning, I took it in and after about an hour the service manager tells me they don't know what to do, they were fiddling with the latch when you can see clearly that it has something to do with the mounting itself, i.e. the hinge assembly on either side. I say this because when it's closed, the driver's side (rear just above the black plastic at the seam) sticks up a little while the passenger side at the front portion is depressed a little (kinda caddy corner opposites). They took several pictures and are going to Ford for advice. Does anyone know if the hinge/lift assembly on each side has any adjustment for up and down or back to front?

I'm not sure the answer to your question but when you say service do you me service? If so, I'd ask them to refer you to the body shop - if not onsite then to the one they use. They could fix you up in 20 minutes and you'd be assured it wasn't the oil change guy fiddling with your car. Just my 2 cents.

Mine came like this exactly.
Front bumper off from front fender
Front fender at door, hood, mirror area off by 1/4"
Door sunken in by rear quarter panel
Gas door sunken in.

Dealer subd it out to their body shop as it was a repair that was up up their alley

Ask them to have their body shop do the work

That works...IF the dealer has their own body shop. NOT all dealers have a body shop. They normally are "connected" to a quality body shop to use as needed...that is located fairly close to them.

That is what happened with mine. They work with a reputable body shop that handles all their body work, so they do proper work to insure they keep that account. They sub'd the work out to them and in a day the car was turned around . The car is still at the dealer so I havent had a good look at the work but the service advisor knows me and said you will be happy and approve.

Tail Lights

I think on many cars, it is the left rear quarter panel stamping that is too large near the upper right side of the tail light where it meets the trunk lid.

It is pushing the tail light housing in, which throws off the alignment of the trunk lid and Black Plastic on the trunk. Most cars also have a right side trunk lid alignment issue.

Just noticed today that the rear glass is an eighth to quarter inch lower on the left hand side, near the roof than the right side. Not enough adhesive on that side?
