Judging by how they broke the front grill during the tow hook install, my first guess is that they removed the bumper to install it and didn't do a very good job lining things up afterwards.

Also not sure you can call a car that's been tracked "like new". Not a criticism of you, but the dealer if they were the ones who described it that way.

Why would you say it’s been tracked? The interior is impeccable. The exterior is also impeccable besides the uneven hood and bumper. No scratches, dings, curb rash, tires like new.

Sorry I could be wrong and didn't realize tracking was never mentioned. I just assumed since it had camber plates and a tow hook. But as I said I could be entirely wrong.

I don't think there is any alignment for the bumper. The hood can be adjusted up or down with the stops and/or the latch. Removing the bumper by itself should not change the alignment of the bumper or the hood. I would really wonder why the hood needs to be re-aligned.

Just take to the dealer, they will align everything under warranty. Mine was the same from the factory, I bought mine new.

Like previously mentioned, no offense to you as the new owner (and everyone's standards are different) but there are lots of clues in these photos that are faaaaar from meeting my definition of impeccable, which would lead one to doubt how it was cared for. The odd part is, adjusting the hood bumpers to raise the front of the hood to fit the front end is going to make that side fitment along the fender even worse. Certainly some alignment issues that are not original. Hope they can sort you out if not tackling yourself.

2017 GT350 now gone to a great home.
you could run a quick paint meter over the front to see if there was any paint work. My car is the same color scheme and impeccable as well. Looks factory new in and out. It has been tracked, however.

No offense taken. Curious to what issues you see in the pictures?

That would be tough since the entire front end is wrapped in PPF along with some other parts of the car.

He meant it’s odd the front of the hood is lower than the bumper, but the hood is higher than the fenders.

I'll bet that car has been tracked. (CCplates & Tow Hook)

Looks like a ZL1 tow hook without the hook attached through the grill. I notice the honeycomb grill is broken around the hook mount. The car MAY have been pulled using this hook, broke the grill and shifted the bumper up.

OR it just needs a panel realignment. If a warranty is involved just take it to the dealer.

FWIW, my car has ~6500mi looks new inside and out ...but it has 10+ track days and sees most of it's mileage on track. It is significantly more used than another without the track miles. Just fyi

I inspected the car and I’m a pretty hand guy and I can’t find anything that would lead me to believe it’s had body work. Obviously I could be wron because I’m not a professional. The car did come with some upgrades. Ford performance lowering springs and maximum motor sports camber plates. I also noticed it had a tow hook installed at one point. I believe that required removal of the front bumper.
