Transmission cooler line

Hey guys, has anyone replaced a rear transmission cooler line on their GT350? if you have, how hard is it to do? Any special tools needed? Do these cooler lines crack often? It is leaking from the connection at the very end of the transmission. Here's a photo of the part. Thanks in advance.

Not hard and no special tools needed. Just get it up high enough to move around under it comfortably.
