Hey Guys,
Is it me, or BMR's customer service is like talking with someone who is DEAD? This is like the 5th time i have called in 1 month, obviously ordering parts, but also asking simple questions about there products. ZERO motivation in the voices, like TONE-DEAD. Also make you feel like your bothering them, not cool.............. Mind you that I am PRO BMR products, guy.

Yeah they sound like you're inconveniencing them, zero personality. i hate calling them and yes my whole car is BMR.

Having run a large corporation before I retired, I’d suggest a well worded note from you both to someone in the front office. I always appreciated when customers took the time to let me know about their concerns rather than just quietly disappear and buy from a competitor.

BMR product is almost as bad as their customer support. If you have an issue with their sloppy jig tolerances causing a fitment issue, they will blame it on everything but their product until you're exhausted from arguing and just give up. I can't get every red piece off of my car soon enough. On another note, I love Radiums product and I have never had a quality issue with them, but I found their customer support exactly as you are describing.

Interesting that you say that. One of my race mechanic friends say that they won’t install or even allow BMR parts in their shop anymore.

I was surprised because I thought it was a reputable brand until recently.

I purchased and installed all of the BMR stuff that I have on my car about five years ago or so. I had no quality or figment issues and even felt that the guy I dealt with was very personable and helpful.
It is too bad to hear all of this and something must have changed there. I agree with Boss Papa that anyone having issues should take the time to pen a letter to them. If they don’t correct the issue(s) then they don’t belong in business.

I had some issues with their product and they resolved it quickly. I have mostly cortex stuff on my car though

1 thing i have never had from BMR is a bad product and powedercoating was bulletproof. There customer service blows...........

Steeda has there own other issues. (Powdercoating) for one. But i will give them this, they answer there phones, and there isnt an eternal HOLD & they are pleasent over the phone and yes, they are faster to help out especially "T.J." from our forum. So, I'm grateful for that!!!

The BMR guy is just a cranky old PRIK. I can tell...........

I've called all the major mustang stores. They've all been pretty good with the exception of LMR. Was weird, first time I called about my 1st order, seemed friendly. Then I called about the SVE wheels asking about shipping weights for importing to my country. And he just gave me a really heavy number, insisted that FedEx doesn't matter the weight and he seemed rude. I almost went with another brand with that experience, but seems like SVE wheels are the best option for me, and maybe the guy was just having a bad day 🤷‍♂️ so SVE it is..

Just spend elsewhere. From recent experience Koni and Eibach have instant qualified support along with Audison and Kenwood.

I refuse to spend a dime on poor service. Over 90% of my precovid long time personal vendors have been changed then most went bankrupt or rebranded because could pay back govt covid loans.
