Ford Pass Self Service Entry

Has anyone been able to enter service info for their vehicle successfully to their Ford Pass account? I'm trying to enter my self service oil and filter change and it keeps telling me...oooops refresh and try later??? Thanks!!!

Mine comes and goes. One day it works fine and then another it doesn't. Very flaky.

The app and website are both pretty sketch, especially considering Ford’s push and advertising of technology. Same issues as @skinnyb one day great, next it’s like a 9 year old wrote the code.
