My ford dealer recommended I use Mobil 1 full synthetic for my fist oil change.
According to the manuals the Canadian cars are shipped with regular oil from factory and US cars are synthetic..

According to the manuals the Canadian cars are shipped with regular oil from factory and US cars are synthetic..

Synthetic blend is the recommended oil even for track use, so with compelling evidence to do otherwise, that's what I'm going with.

If you have a Mach 1 doesn't it say on the oil filler cap 5W30?
