That’s sucks to hear. I was hoping not to have this issue with clearing the AC. Any pics?

I recall reading somewhere (maybe on BL Fab’s website) that this was only an issue on the 2015-2017 Mustang.

I’m planning to start work on mine at the end of next week.

I’m gonna disconnect the ac compressor and move it out the way and see if it will work like that right now

I ended up removing the compressor and have to remove the pcm, unclip a lot of the harness, remove windshield reservoir (that’s where the pcm is gonna have to go to now) and the w same time lower the engine while sliding the bolt on was a pain but managed to get it on his gonna have to reroute the pcm

I know you have your hands full with the install, but is there any chance that you can weigh all of the AC components that you removed? Seems like there would be plenty of room with it removed.

Does it look like you’ll be able to retain it with adequate clearance? Based on your initial findings, do you think custom flexible lines would make for a better fitment?

I’m pretty sure custom ones would make a lot of room but it does have a lot of room with the stock lines the only thing I’m worried about is the wires that run to the fuse box and battery I am gonna have to find a way to move them/relocate

Take your time with the install—it’ll be worth it once she’s fully sorted. I’ve been there myself; I had a twin-turbo Terminator(62s, AMS1000,etc) that I ended up tearing back apart after only a couple of weeks because a few things just weren’t quite right. Spent an entire weekend fixing the little details to get it exactly how I wanted.
Wishing you a smooth build and an even better final result.
