Will this void my warranty if anything happens to my transmission later?
Definitely can if proven you did not use Ford spec fluid. One of the dealers (Lebanon Ford for that matter - very good service department) warned me that putting non-spec trans fluid can lead to warranty claim denial is something goes wrong with trans (asked them to replace the fluid).

Well, that has to be proven and the fact that a majority of Ford and Chevy Dealers use the product in their own service departments makes it hard for a dealer to deny coverage.

If I change out the transmission fluid at 8,000 miles, when is the next time I will have to do it again?

Normal/Spirited driving

It really depends on a lot of variables but it will last quite a bit longer than the OE fill. You may never have to change it until the next service interval. 50K-150K miles is just a little excessive IMO. Modern cars are High Power, run at elevated temps etc. Not a huge fan of extended drain intervals. The engine holds 8 qts gets changed every 10K at a minimum. The transmission only holds three qts, has all the power transmitted through it without the cooling the engine gets, no oil filter to remove debris etc.

BG is a durable product but oil is cheaper than driveline components after it fails out of warranty :) But you asked a guy that sells oil

You can go A LOT longer than 10,000 miles on trans fluid. It's designed to run at an operating temp and not degrade, and in addition, is a sealed system. Engine oil is changed far more frequently because it sees very high heat and combustion deposits/fuel/water/contaminants that reduce its ability to lubricate, as well as making it acidic over time.

The soonest interval you should need to do on trans fluid is ~50k from the time of change, but the transmission is designed to go to useful life (usually 150k equivalent) without changing. It really depends on how you drive. Do you track the car often? If yes, consider changing it more frequently (IIRC, after 12 hrs on track, plus whatever driving you do in between). If it's your daily and you don't really beat on it and you don't live in particularly hot area, don't worry about it at all. If you grind gears a lot, consider changing it more frequently, but otherwise, there really aren't any significant contamination sources like engine oil.

How does the BG trans oil and diff oil do in very cold weather like Canada. (-35°c) I find that the factory fill tends to be very very notchy until you drive the car for atleast 10 min (up to temp).

Curing the notchy-ness or gear nibble is likely more to due with the additives and their effect on how the syncros grab, allowing better shifting. In the first few pages of posts it was still cool in parts of the country and there was an improvement. The oil viscosity plays less of a role in the case of weather extremes. It is not a heavy oil used in modern transmissions, not like the dinosaur oil used in the old days that was like sludge when cold

Cold is cold, will still need to warm up to feel the best.

Ask me next week, as you know from the other thread, I just made up the kits this weekend. I have attached the spec sheet which explains why BG developed Syncro Shift.

When Tremec hit the aftermarket in the 90's it required the use of GM transmission fluid. BG Syncro Shift still meets that standard. As Tremecs made it into more OEM makes more fluids needed to be qualified. Ford isn't going to require a GM fluid in a production car when they have a similarly bad LVATF. I can assure you if you are getting temperature reduction in your GT350 and still have that oil in there it's likely broken down. I would love to see an oil analysis of it compared with the new stock fluid.

I can assure you a swap to BG will not harm the transmission but it will offer much more protection than what is in there right now. The bonus points will be even better shift qualities, and very possibly less potential for de-rate or limp mode because it does not shear like the ATF. If you beat the other guy before he has a chance to install it and try it you will be that guy :D
