I think they have ceramic?Does BBK have a ceramic or heat coated option?
Good to know man. Are you going to fab some custom mid pipes? Please post up a video and some dyno numbers when you get them. Which tuner are you going with?
I'm going to have them cut the 2.5" step down off and have them go 3" from the headers back, no cats. I currently have an SCT tuner. Hoping I can finish the install by monday and have it on the dyno by mid next week.Does BBK have a ceramic or heat coated option?
That's going to be SO loud. Probably sound good tho. Do you not have a catback or axelback?I'm going to have them cut the 2.5" step down off and have them go 3" from the headers back, no cats. BBK does have Ceramic long tube headers
It's the same as the 11-14 5.0 so the extensions that come don't fit the front. Which is no big deal. I ordered them from BBK the other day, hopefully they get here quickly.Nice! Didn't you say they sent the wrong extensions? Also, where do you live? Wanna install mine? Lol
They didn't charge you for that did they? Id imagine not. It's the same as the 11-14 5.0 so the extensions that come don't fit the front. Which is no big deal. I ordered them from BBK the other day, hopefully they get here quickly.
no, two small welds around the outside on each tube, fully welded on the inside, both are like that as were may of the ones I've owned in the past.Hey looking at ur pic the weld look a little funny,i know pics can be decieving but are they welded all the way around on the outside?
Did you get them installed completely? How's it sound, if so?no, two small welds around the outside on each tube, fully welded on the inside, both are like that as were may of the ones I've owned in the past.
just installed the passenger side header today. what a pain in the ass! very tight fit. I had to get some help from my girlfriend because my hands were too big to get some of the bolts in. my part is done, now its on the performance shop to fab up and button up the rest. Of course I started it with open headers though it was obnoxiously loud. hahaExcellent. Keep us posted.
