Got the midpipe fabricated. bbk long tubes, 3" custom catless x-pipe, 3" gibson exhaust. Didn't have much time, but I wanted to make a quick video so you guys could hear it. the video doesn't do it justice. its obnoxiously loud when driving, and I LOVE IT!! I only revved it to about 3500rpm here, it's going on the dyno/getting tuned this friday. will get video then

Awesome man! Did you throw in any type of resonator? Or just 3" straight piping?

Also, can you please get a video of you driving by at a few different rpm ranges? Thanks again!

No resonator, just a 3" pipe right to the x-pipe. I love how loud the car is, I'm sure my neighbors won't love the cold start at 530am though Haha. I'll try and get some more videos for you.

Quick question tho, don't you need to tune the car at The same time of installing before you can drive it? Or am I wrong in that? Anyone care to elaborate?

My intake tune from Lund worked fine on them. You may have a CEL if you go catless and dont have a tune already.

Thays what I'm saying. BBK only comes catless from what I've found? So, if I had them installed without an immediate tune it'll throw a code and run rich, or is it lean? Either way it's a good idea to get the install and tune done at the same time, from what I gather.

My intake tune from Lund worked fine on them. You may have a CEL if you go catless and dont have a tune already.

So far I haven't had a CEL. I'm only taking it to and from work (3 miles round trip) and driving it very easy. Friday was the earliest day they could get me in for a tune.

I think youll be ok and the AFR shouldn't change too much, nothing the PCM cant compensate for. This is just temporary until you get a tune right?

Correct. Maybe two weeks, but I have a daily. So it won't have much strain. I'm probably going to order mine next month.
