I'm guessing you're either catless, or using high-flow cats.

The codes you're getting are inefficiency readings from Bank 1 and Bank 2- your new (or lack of) catalytic converters are not as efficient as your old cats. Think of it this way - high-flow (or no) cats offer much less resistance to the flow of exhaust gases (compared to OEM), but it's not removing the hydrocarbons/carbon monoxides as effectively as your OEM cats.

The system may think the catalytic converters are not warmed up enough yet, and dump more fuel to burn and warm them up. So you'll have a fuel inefficiency issue here.

Can you run without a tune? Probably. Do you stand to benefit from a tune? Yes. Hell yes. In fact, if you've spent the money to get LT headers, might as well get the appropriate engine tune to disable the cat inefficiency issues and take advantage of your coyote.

Thanks for your input. I just got a new motor long story smh. I'm breaking in the motor putting 1000 miles on it before I get on it. Car feels sluggish without my tune and cold air. Should I put my tune back in the car now or wait until I hit 1000 miles?

It will run, May be a little rich but not so much it will cause harm. Fouled spark plugs in a shorter time maybe.

Put your tune in now. The stock tune doesnt have to change after break in... Why would your tune need to?

Strange, I didn't throw any CEL's with my high flow cats on my ARH's while I was on the stock tune. I just added O2 spacers though last week as I'm trying to get my O2 / HO2 to show ready status while on my 93 tune.

Give the spacers a try if you're going to be stock for a bit. If your cold air intake isn't on the stock MAF curve, that could also be another issue.
