So pumped Placed my order yesterday for a Combo with MBR exhaust, Lund Nguage with lund tune, and PMAS from beefcake. I got the tune within 2 hours in placing my order from Brandon Lund . MBR exhaust should be here Monday according to UPS. Fed-Ex says the PMAS will be here on Thursday. Sadly no tracking info for the Nguage hope fully it arrives by the time the PMAS gets here so I can get it installed and loaded up. Waiting for more y connectors to be built for the 18 manifold so I don't have to do the lockouts. Then I will get work on getting a SP catted headers and that is as far as I want to go with performance until I am ready for a Whipple.

That's cool, support the little guy!
E85 is the way to go, the only downside for me is that the nearest fuel station that carries E85 is in Fontana, about a 30 min drive. I usually drive my car to work on Fridays and fuel up for the weekend or take two 5 gallon jugs home. I've ran a best of 12.6 at 114 before the GT350 manifold with 2.2 0-60 ft on Continental extreme sport tires. Not the best for drag racing but perform well for canyon carving and my driving experience level.
Damn straight totin E85 home..... Why because its worth it!! I hated living in Wash DC where E85 was half hour away too. Sooo glad im back in corn country in the midwest its everywhere here.

2nd for the OP I STRONGLY suggest you call up Ford Auto Nation White Bear Lame and order the GT350R sway bars and bushings!! Easily the best 150 bucks in parts Ive spent on this car!

E85 is but a dream...

In Ontario, the closest E85 station is in Niagara Falls New York! Geesh, I’d make it home from the gas station with E85 only to have to fill up again when I got home!

Some green country I live in!

Got my PMAS intake today and installed it and flashed my tune. Loving it right now much smoother ride and nice pull on the top end. Thanks to beefcake for a great package and quick shipping.

I had them send me a stock intake tune so i could try that first and compare. Wasn't impressed until i switched to the PMAS tune. Big Grin! :D

For those with the newer PMAS intake, I’m going to be working on modifying the half ass air box they provide. I wondered why the intake was sucking so much hot air. There is a huge opening where hot radiator air gets pulled right into the intake. I will eventually make a post with pictures.

Yeah I was just about to create a post about that, my air box does not look like any of the install videos air box. Also the fitting my intake bottom half does not fit all the way in the air box? last night temp outside was 82 and my IAT sitting still was 125 to 127. Driving it only went down to 117. The bottom of the air box has a hex screw sitting in a plastic plug I have no idea where that plugs into I was going to take pictures to ask where it is suppose to screw into because on my well there is just a empty hole that I sit it in. I was just about to email Beefcake to see if it was the right airbox.

No MAF readings - I don’t race - I don’t hit the drag strip. All I have is the seat of my pants and it’s an “oh yeah” moment when i install the PMAS. It’s there, and it is very obvious. Most notably in the pull, but there is more torque as well. There were many tests done in the PMAS thread if you want to go read thru it. Only way I go back to closed box is when I go FI.
Butt dynos are pretty biased.
If Ford could have got THAT MUCH improvement (and thus kicking the shit totally out of the competition) by simply changing 50 cents worth of plastic and a filter, don't you think they would have? Do you really think the PMAS research facility has an edge over Ford Powertrain?

I wasn’t impressed with the intake fit in general. It actually came apart on me driving to work one morning. I ended up changing to better clamps. I know PMAS changed thier airbox design because JLT claimed they copied them. That rubber plung mounts to the heat shield and goes in the hole you are talking about. I thought it was the wrong airbox as well.

Going by your logic, tuning shops shouldn’t be able to make more power than factory with custom tune, long tunes shouldn’t make more power than factory manifolds and the list goes on. The aftermarket industry isn’t successful based on making parts inferior to oem.
