BAP or fuel system?

With 700-800rwhp on a gen 2 coyote motor. Just a BAP with id1050 injectors or an upgraded fuel system? 93 pump gas. Thanks for your help In advance.

From what I have seen around here, quite a few folks in your power range run at least a drop in fuel pump such as a dw400. I do not believe that just a BAP and id1050 are enough for your power goal at the wheel. There is a greater possibility that you might go lean during the high RPM range. I would recommend a drop in pump such as the dw400 with a BAP for piece of mind and insurance. Better safe than sorry. Now the all out best option yet costly would be a return style fuel system. No possible issues at meeting fuel demand and there is plenty of overhead should you decide to turn up the boost. Looking forward to other members chiming in case I missed something or misspoke.

What else does it have? If it is boosted and has ID1050's and a BAP you could already be 650-ish at the wheels. A drop in pump and a regulated return fuel system and you can run e85 with proper tuning and be seeing those numbers you want, depending on your FI choice.

Yes the car is boosted and is making 738 rear horsepower on 93 pump gas in the listing it only has id1050’s and a BAP.

Lots of people running a BAP and 100lb/hr injectors like the ID1050's at that level for long periods of worry free miles. That being said, if you are looking at wanting more, e85 will get you at least 100 more wheel HP and ALMOST everyone will tell you you will need a return style fuel system to do it right. What form of FI are you using?

Not looking to go any higher also not looking at e85 just 93 pump. It’s a Paxton supercharger.

Like Andrew said, a return style fuel system is preferred. I, personally, would not try and target 800whp on 93 octane, too. A 750whp target on 93 (hopefully good 93) is a more reliable approach and having a return style fuel system would allow you to switch to E85 (should be ~ 80whp just from swapping tunes/fuel).

With that all said, a BAP would yield you the ability to go 750whp on 93 octane with 1050x. If this is the most you ever intend on you car, it'd be a sure and easy route for you to go.

The most hp/boost I would feel safe running on 93 octane fuel is 10psi/650 whp, beyond that and you risk knock/detonation and having a hurt motor. People have pushed more but, you are a bad tank of gas away from disaster.

In order to run E85 you would need a fuel system, like most have said on here FORE innovations is the way to go, it's what we have used on our mustang builds here.

And you are correct, injector bap tune and we do recommend doing Oil Pump Gears as well
