OK, just wasn’t sure. I do like your idea of the resonators, but I really don’t wanna weld in resonators and cut up the cat back in case I want to sell it down the road. But I really at that point that I have to do something, and I think the borla resonator might be the easiest thing and just...
I wouldn’t be putting a stock resonator back in. I would be putting the Borla resonator internal H pipe in in place of the Borla X pipe that came with the Borla S type cat back.
I just installed these cat delete pipes the other day and cold startups at 7 AM is a huge problem for me. I have an x pipe. What was your fix for this? Did you change your exhaust at all?

I know I made another post the other day but I believe these are my two options. I have a Borla S type cat back only just recently put on 2M fab Cat delete pipes in but still stock manifolds. The car is very loud and I’m looking to quiet it down, but I am boosted so I’m not...
Yes, definitely a restriction, especially with me being boosted. My other alternative is switch out the cat back completely but I wouldn’t know which one to go with.
One more quick question so the resonator internally is 2 1/2? So it’s the cat pipes are 3 inch going into a resonator that’s 2 1/2 inch then going into the cat back which is 3 inch correct? Thanks you for your help.
I don’t know why companies put misinformation on their site. I don’t understand it. I messaged them waiting for a response. Thank you for your help.
This is currently on Borla site. It says inlet and outlet are both 3 inch so maybe they changed it over the years so I don’t think I need the adapter.

Thank you for that info. I’m just looking for a way to quiet the car down especially on cold start up. I’m trying to find a way without replacing the cat back. I found the resonator as an idea, but I don’t want to spend 500 if it’s not gonna make it Substantially lower on cold start .
I have a 2023 Mustang GT. I just installed 2M fab Cat delete pipes to go along with my Borla S type cat back with X pipe. The car is loud and I’m looking too quiet it down a little bit. I wasn’t looking for Loud, but I needed to get the cats off Because the car is boosted. I am looking at the...
I will also be installing M2 cat delete on my 23. I’m doing research and wondering if the installation on the passenger side can be done while the manifold is in the car or would you have to take the manifold off to basically cut and weld the pipe on, thank you for any information in advance.
Another question before I start install. You’re able to cut and weld the flange on to the passenger side manifold without taking the manifold completely out? Any help would be appreciated thank you.
didnt start install yet just didn’t know if there was a step by step. I’m in Jersey. I’ve been watching YouTube videos, so I kinda got the gist of it throughout the day.
