Backup Alert Tones not working

My 15 EB Premium Pkg Mustang does not beep alert me as I am backing up to tell me that something might be behind the car. I read the manual and it has a vague reference to the fact that this alert can be shut off. However it is off from the factory. All other new Fords I have bought in last 5 yrs have this feature on by default. Does anyone have an idea of how to turn this on? I do like this feature. I want to know if I about to hit something in my garage as I back in.

Did you order the Reverse Sensing System? Just asking because you don't have it listed in your signature.

I will need to check the build sheet on that, I assumed - probably incorrectly - that this was part of Equip Group 201A.

It is not. 201a is Blind Spot Monitoring with Cross-Traffic Alert; upgraded audio; and memory seats. The Reverse Sensing System has backup sensors integrated into the rear bumper that give you those little beeps and throw up lines on your reverse camera telling you how far away things behind you are. It's a separate option group.
