fordpass not working.

I just noticed last week that I can't login into fordpass. I contacted ford online and they told me to update to the newest ios to make it work. now, I can't even get to the login page. everytime, I clicked on the fordpass app it just showed blank. I wonder anyone has this problem?

Definitely sounds like a phone issue. Start by deleting the app and reinstalling it. Since you say “iOS” I presume you have an iPhone. Before reinstating close all open programs and do a hard restart.

yes, it is an Iphone 11.
1. I did power off wait for a few minutes to turn back on no change
2. delete the Fordpass app, then power off wait for a few min to turn back on and install the app with no change
I power cycle the damn phone more than once still no luck.

OK, so the app is installed. Can you take a screenshoot of the app when you open it?

here is the 3 screen shots. First opened the app, then clicked next is the second pic. clicked sign in or create account result the third pic which is blank.

OK, so it appears that the app actually loaded so it may not be your phone. It does look like the app did not fully load leaving you hanging with a blank sign on screen. The total app size should be 249.7MB. Go into settings, iPhone storage and look for the Fordpass app. Presuming it's there what does it say the size is? If it is under 249.7MB you will need to delete and reload.

Also do you have another devise you can install FP on? If you do it may help rule out either the app or the phone.

Certainly looks like you’re missing files. You will need to delete and reload until you see everything on Greg’s settings page.

It’s funny that this happens randomly I guess. My 2019 GT never worked on FordPass. I had a Mach 1and it works perfectly. Here’s the two screenshots of both on my same app.

I'm assuming this was meant for me.

I just double checked all of that and it is all on.

It may have changed with the 2022MY but I remember the app saying when I first downloaded it for the 2019 that Apple Carplay must be turned off for Fordpass to work. I want Apple Carplay on so I deleted it. Carplay is still on in the car so maybe that is it? I will turn it off for the rider home today to see if anything changes.

I downloaded the app again when I bought the new car to add it and we tried to add the 2019 again and it won't do anything.

It was not it was for the OP, not familiar with apple play, don't normally have the radio on. Roush barking cat backs are my most favored tunes,
