I just custom made one for myself and my car's chassis number. Cool! Thanks for the heads-up. Other custom build shirts for different cars can be made on this site.
I agree, synthetic oil is NOT degrading in 6-8 weeks of sitting in an oil pan in a garage in a relatively newer engine. So resetting the OLM is what I will do also come each spring.
Just for further information. The car has never been tracked. I have yet to push it extremely hard with revs. I will do a few quick accelerations each drive, but nothing to redline. So the engine has been not yet pushed hard. Concerning resetting the OLM back to 100% - yes that was done at...
We have a 19 Bullitt Mustang. The car currently has about 5,600 miles. We did the initial oil change at 2,000 miles. At about 5.2K miles the oil life monitor popped up messages at startup that the oil needed changed. This would be 3.3K of oil life. I thought that that seemed too soon...
It is my understanding that the Cold Air Intake, the Throttle Body and the intake runners are all from the GT 350, so yes it would look different than a standard 5.0 engine with the cover off. Because of the runners height, it may have made it near impossible to make a cover for the Bullitt...
The only thing I received was what I asked for, that was the Bullitt posters that were created for this car. I also got the Mustang brochures for 2019 that includes the Bullitt in those pages.
Yes Ford could do a better job of marketing these "special cars".
Years ago (early 80s) they would...
It can be the surface rust on the brake rotors as mentioned. It could also be the "hill-assist" feature kicking in. Is your driveway level? The "hill-assist" should engage the brakes on an sloped surface to prevent the car from rolling backward when the clutch is engaged. Could this be...
I also have non-MR suspension 19 Bullitt. It drives and handles great on our bumpy roads. Also the other factor that few are talking about is the tires. This will make a big difference if you change tires from the Michelins at some point in the future of your car. Overall, it is one of the...
We inquired about this with the official Ford Merchandise Semi-Truck that comes to a lot of big Mustang shows, like Indy and Cincy. They said that Ford would have to paid Time-Warner $50,000 to gain the licensing of the Bullitt brand to be used in "official Ford Merchandise". The salesman said...
The spare tire is not an option with the PF Ecoboost. Reason being is the larger tire size. The spare tire wheel well is not large enough for the 18s. Thus a pump is placed in there. Why Ford did not make the wheel well larger is unknown.
