Mine too. I have rarely been able to hear my car from the outside driving but when I have I feel like a giddy kid.

Certainly looks like you’re missing files. You will need to delete and reload until you see everything on Greg’s settings page.

Just thought of another thing. Maybe all the files are good but there is an issue opening the app due to issues on the server side. Sounds like another call to ford may be in order.

Is missing Location & blue tooth, must be turned off

Go to setting> privacy> see if location services are on

I did have my location turn on, but for some reason it is doesn't display location and bluetooth in the fordpass screen.

Mine since last update, will open and say empty garage for a second then up comes whatever vehicle I had open last.
It is in the app. I have tons of memory left. 30 gig's and the cashe is cleared.
Android here, phone is 3y/o though, running the latest update for android for whatever os the s9+ uses.

I trying downloading using S9 phone and it works fine, so now it's either the iphone or the app for iphone is the problem. my Iphone 11 has the IOS 16.3 currently and fordpass app 4.23.2.

The facts that your app is not showing the full size and the missing information on the settings page indicates an issue with the app not being fully installed on you phone. Could it be your phone? Yes, but experience leads me to believe it is the app itself. I would consider contacting Ford again with this latest information.
