3 years, next month is the in service date. I've got a few things they should look at;
Home link never worked with my garage door
Battery needed a jump recently
Driver's seat cooler not so good

Anything else to think about for a 2016 model or advice in general?

AC evaporator core (but they will likely tell you that it works, won't really inspect it as it is lots of disassembly)

If it's an early 2016 like mine apparently is, it may have a defective/weak steering rack. My rack went out 800 miles after 36K and I had to pay $1K and Ford paid $500 to have it replaced. Thankfully my AC works. The seat coolers in my car have never been wonderful, just the butt part works and I don't like the feeling anyway. My Homelink works perfectly fine with any garage door I've tried. There are some not compatible (certain signal types). I would try to get your seat coverings replaced now if they are fading/rubbing off. My "leather" is rubbing off on my driver seat at some places on the seams, which is epic BULLSHYTE.

Get an extended warranty from Flood Ford before yours expires... it’s gonna save you lots of $$$ in the long run, more so if your A/C EVAP core fails (some folks have had to shell out in excess of $1500 to get that fixed after 3/36 warranty expired).

Check under your hood and right along the front edge for any paint bubbling or other signs of corrosion. I first noticed it in August, brought it in in September (and got a replacement approved by Ford), and by last week when the body shop was able to take it, it had almost doubled in size.

I also got the Flood Ford ESP with a $50 deductible, but I got the hood approved before the 3/36 expired so no cost to me.

We're in the same ballpark, my CS is 2.5 years old now. I just bought the 8y extended warranty, cost a grand, but plan on keeping this car a long time. My homelink works, but has a worthless terrible range, and have a few very minor issues that I know the dealer wont be able to replicate, so have been lucky. Hopefully the dealer can fix your issues and make it like new again!

Thanks for all the input, keep em coming and I'll check them out!
My CPO warranty covers the drivetrain for 7y/100k IIRC.
Here in the dessert SW I'm not sure Evap core is an issue, but I'll check into it.
Link to Flood Ford extended warranty? Web search not so good.

What were the signs of the bad rack?
