Automatic Shift Knob Swap

Also here is the spring I used similar to what [MENTION=6647]Husker[/MENTION] used to help support the shift knob. Got it at Lowes.Without the spring a heavy shift knob could push the button down on the shifter and could activate things like the easy-entry feature which could discharge the battery.

I guess it'd be nice if someone made an aftermarket shaft that is half the height of the original with a new spring. I just find the stock one awkward looking and in the way. Just no reason for it to be that tall.

Someone asked they said no. They will have a version to bring your own knob but they said will be significantly taller.

I assume part of the shaft goes into the knob to make it shorter is why.

Good afternoon,

We will start taking pre-orders June-1 and first orders will be shipped June -20 because we have small vacation for a week.

Will be in White as well it will be matched color with a oxford white Stang. We have White Mustang as well so it will be shown on our website.

Shipping will be free but price still under a consideration but a target price on painted is 149.95

Resurrecting old thread but I think a T-Handle for the auto would be a nice change from the stock design.
