I just ran across this video while poking around on YouTube and the Ford Mustang gets labeled as a dangerous car with many flaws. I suspect some of it is BS and this video mentions several other cars but saves the trashing of the Mustang til last and they really hammer it.

If you just want to watch the part about the Mustang it starts at 10:27.

By the way they also trash the Camaros as well.

Anyway... Here it is....

Hi Bob. Enjoyed watching Grace at Woodstock but I think you meant to post a different video. Unless you’ve been smoking what they did back in 69‘. :giggle:

The poor ability to light up the rear tires and then recover makes these cars pretty dumb.

I’ve got many blooper reels like this:

Sorry man, that's really just a clickbait video. Which has done its job. The intentionally aggressive and evocative title, that the list is composed almost purely of popular, contemporary cars.

Sure, Mustangs are dangerous—if you put someone who doesn't respect the car and what it brings to the table behind the wheel. So too can a Tesla be dangerous. Hell, if you got a real nut, they could probably make a Smartcar dangerous.

Having tried to autocross a Tesla Model Y, it is very much not dangerous because it shuts down the party long before it starts.

The Video author hates American sports cars, so there is that.
The problem with pony cars today, is most buyers are coming from front drive cars, and most never drove a rear drive car , and their first ones are high powered tail happy ones.
It takes time in the seat to get a handle of an HONEST 350-480HP car that is rear wheel drive.
You used to have to work for it, buying a 225hp car and while driving it, and getting seat time, slowly adding power till you got to maybe 400+ or more, but by then you had miles and miles of seat time to get to know what the car will do when you goose it too much exiting a corner, etc.
Today folks walk into a dealer , drop a few grand and drive out with a 460+ hp monster and never drove anything with this type raw power.
Most folks get in trouble because the tail comes out sideways a little and first thing they do is let off the throttle completely. bad move. and into the road divider or ditch they go.

I watched it twice. That's such a good song. I'll have to play it next time I'm driving my dangerous mustang.

The driver is more dangerous than the car.
